But anyway on we go we're looking back at victory of a Darby in the EFL Cup and we're looking forward to the whole game tomorrow.

And we'll start with that whole game if we can because James some breaking news tonight from sources at Melwood tell us that Loris Carius will be starting in goal for

Liverpool tomorrow.

Yeah, we understand that Yeergen-Clop relayed that decision to the players today at Melwood. It's a huge call I think it was a difficult

decision for the manager to make. I think it was one probably hasn't had to take up

until now. I mean when I was on the tour back in the summer and the the

the vibes you were getting them was that the carries would be the number one he'd

start the season as the number one he'd given up on playing for Germany at the Olympics because of that.

Then obviously the broken hand changed everything.

You know, that meant that Minule kept his place and I think the waters were muddied slightly by just how well Minule is done because his form has been excellent

I think in the first six weeks of the season you think about big saves he made the one at

Tottenham and the one against Leicester he's been an

important part of of Liverpool success so far and obviously carrier sat on the

bench for a couple of games then the League Cup tie was the obvious way to ease him in. He didn't have much to do the other night when me and Ian were down at the I-Pro.

And then, you know, so it was kind of all eyes on the whole game this Saturday and it's it's I

think it's not a great surprise because Clop obviously signed carriers to be the

number one but I think it just feels like quite a tough

call on minulee when a player's being dropped without really doing much wrong.
