1:06.1	What are some of the top reasons that the passive side is the best one for investors?
1:11.5	Well, it's the best one for most investors. I wouldn't say all investors. There are some
1:16.2	very highly skilled institutional level investors, such as the Endowment Committee at Yale,
1:23.8	who can actually go out and select active managers at a very low fee and potentially
1:30.8	do better.
