Can you take me through the security systems of WWHQ in the studio you worked in?

Because up to, we had January of Royal Rumble 91, Slaughter went to championship.

The war has started.

And we lead up to WrestleMania.

We have heard stories of Vintic Man calling Sergeant Slaughter saying, hey, there's death threats against my family and your family.

We're going to send security over.

We're going to take care of you.

Sarges, Sarge is walking around with bulletproof vests on as he traveling around the country.

What was it like for you personally in the situation, building into WrestleMania knowing that security might be an issue?

Because it was a big issue at the Super Bowl.

Yeah.

Well, we always had security at our facilities.

And back then, if people know what the real setup was, we had the tower, which was basically

the WWE headquarters.

That's where everything was, you know, the marketing and, you know, all the corporate stuff.

And then we had 120 Hamilton.

And Hamilton was not far, it was a stone's throw, really, you know, five minutes away.

But you had to cross over the freeway there, I-95.

And we were tucked back into this area that was, you know, warehouses in a very industrial

area of Stanford, Connecticut.

And, you know, when I was there, we didn't have the big gates or anything like that.

But I know that they did step up security.
