Often when we're going through all sorts of transition,

family can be the one constant.

Our guests tonight are two cousins, a mother and a son, and a husband and wife.

The married couple are Amatous, a musician and her husband, actor Mahershila Ali.

You know Mahershula from House of Cards, from Hunger Games.

They've been married for three years, but they've actually known each other for

nearly 20 since they were acting students together at NYU.

Comedian Hurry Kandabalu is also here with his mother, Uma Kandabalu.

And I am so excited that she is here with us because we all know, no matter how much we think we have grown and changed.

Our mothers point out that we're acting the same way we did when we were five years old.
