I'm Anna Seo. In early October of 2013, a 14-year-old boy named Avante Akindo disappeared from his public school in New York City.

Police are still asking for the public's help in finding a missing teenager.

Vante Aquando walked out of his Long Island City Public School on October 4th.

He is autistic and non-verbal.

One of the people helping to direct the search was Avante's older half-brother, Danny.
