Ellen Greenberg had her bags packed.

They were on her bed, signaling that she was getting to, ready to imminently leave her her fiance at the time, Sam Goldberg.

She's then found with 20 stab wounds, other bruises in different variations of formation on her body,

and a suicide ruling that's never, ever made sense, especially to the parents of Ellen Greenberg,

who spent 14 years fighting for the truth.

And I'm talking about the story of Ellen Greenberg.

She was a 27-year-old Philadelphia elementary school teacher, found brutally stabbed back in 2011 on the eve of a nor-easter, January 26th.

Stapped 20 times, 10 stab wounds to the front, 10 to the very back of her head and neck.

She's got a gash on her head.

She's found in her apartment that she shared with her fiance and know her death was first

ruled a homicide. Officials eventually, after a shady closed door meeting, changed that ruling to

a suicide despite a knife lodged in her chest and no clear explanation.

Ellen's fiancee first calls his cousin, a guy named Camion Schwartzman,

who then gets in touch with his father and Sam's uncle, a guy named James Schwartzman,

who happens to have been a judge and a criminal defense attorney and when

sam finally gets around to calling 911 he begrudgingly asked the 911 operator do i have to do CPR is the

question and it was more than two minutes into the call before he happens to notice a large knife protruding from
