1:29.0	form of addiction. It can also be said that while it has its benefits in connecting people,
1:35.2	it also has its harmful and even deadly sides. It provides instant gratification,
1:41.1	especially to those with low self-esteem. It can seem like a cure for loneliness and
1:45.7	isolation. It satisfies FOMO, which stands for fear of missing out. It provides instant celebrity
1:53.7	status to some. Some people, especially young people, are willing to risk their lives for that
1:59.6	bite of the celebrity apple,
2:01.1	that need for attention, the desire to be respected or loved, or just known for something.
2:07.1	And that's what has psychologists, doctors, and educators spending sleepless nights
2:12.1	trying to find new ways of educating youth to its dangers.
