I wanted to ask a question about friendships.

I am going into my late 30s, and I actually don't really have a lot of women friends at all.

And I want to know how do you cultivate friendships and

keep them for years. I kind of find myself befriending people and then after maybe about a good

six months, it's like we drift apart.
