but and I have no, I personally have no hope of ever doing an ultra marathon,

but I do imagine even if you like running, even if you wake up every day and you just go,

I want to go for a run. At some point in an ultra marathon,

there comes a point where you have to beat your body and your mind.

And I'm really interested in hearing about how you do that.

I mean, unless you just say, no, I'm a freak, I love it the whole way.
