I had with Ellen Dykis, the author of toxic relationships, the her devotional on finding refuge

and freedom in Christ. She took us to some places in this conversation that I honestly was not

anticipating, but were incredibly insightful. She shared basically how some ideas on how to know

if you're in a toxic relationship and just some like red flags that I honestly hadn't thought of,

and I was thinking back as she was sharing, I was like, man, if I had someone ask me these specific

questions 10 years ago when I was in a relationship that was not healthy, not Christ honoring,

these would have been a game changer. So I think that her insight into this is just going to be

amazing. And then the other area I briefly mentioned in the intro is just her take on how female

friendships turn sexual and how that's actually very common, not talked about often, but very common

and how that two well-meaning Christian women can end up in that place. And so you're going to
