Summary

I'm so excited to kick off the New Year with this episode of Talk To Me with Madison Prewett Troutt. In this on-air counseling session, Madison talks to me about the massive amount of pressure she faced being on national TV show called The Bachelor, but we also trace that feeling of pressure back to old feelings and experiences that have followed her the majority of her life. We talk through how to break free of the pressure, of people pleasing, and learning to get to the bottom of the unhealthy beliefs that keep us feeling under pressure. It's a powerful counseling session to tune into, especially for anyone who has ever struggled with feelings of insecurity, people pleasing tendencies, or feeling like you never measure up.
