Summary

"The constant nagging in your mind of undone things pulls you out of the present -- tethers you to a mindset of the future so that you're never fully in the moment and enjoying what's now."

~ Neuroscientist, Dr. Daniel J. Levitin

Are you finding it hard to focus these days? If so, you're not alone. As we endure the ongoing pandemic, our lives require more focused thought in order to keep abreast of how to stay safe. This week, you'll be guided using meditation techniques to help you focus your mind on what matters most. We'll be following along with the book, "The Organized Mind," by neuroscientist, Dr. Daniel J. Levitin.

This is day 4 of a 7-day meditation series, The Focused Mind, episodes 2376-2382.
