There's new developments on the search for Nancy Guthrie.

DNA on gloves found two miles from the 84-year-old's Arizona home doesn't have any matches

in the FBI's national database and doesn't match DNA found at Guthrie's home.

Clearly they're trying to figure out whose DNA that is. And perhaps in the days ahead, you know, I don't know how long it could take, it's impossible to say at this point.

But there is some hope that if that could be identified, obviously that would be someone that they would be very interested in talking to.

A law enforcement source tells CNN, DNA found on the recovered glove will be sent for investigative genetic genealogy analysis.

The Sheriff's Department says investigators are also canvassing businesses and showing the

doorbell video to see if the suspect looks familiar.

High-stakes diplomatic talks took place in Geneva, Switzerland today on ending Russia's war in Ukraine and Iran's nuclear program.

Ukraine's lead negotiator says discussions focused on, quote, practical issues and the mechanisms of possible solutions.
