Today marks 600 days of war in Gaza, where Palestinians continue to desperately search for food and aid.

And deadly chaos broke out yesterday on the first day of aid distribution by a controversial U.S.-backed group. Thousands of people rushed to the site

run by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation to get food supplies. Israeli forces say they fired

warning shots into the air, and Palestinian health officials say one person was killed and dozens

more were injured. Israel blocked any humanitarian aid from getting into the enclave for 11 weeks,

pushing the population of more than 2 million Palestinians towards famine.
