Summary

This week we stay on the Continent for a show that took place on October 12, 1981 at the Olympia Halle in Munich, West Germany during the band's Fall European Tour. For the most part this is quite an excellent recording, although it does have a couple patches..

They come out firing on an up-tempo 'Jack Straw', then Garcia delivers a more laid back selection with a pretty 'Candyman'. The 'Little Red Rooster' that follows is one of my favorite versions of this tune they delivered - check it out! Brent is all over these songs, if you are a fan you're going to enjoy this set.

Some other highlights include an insane 'Passenger' and the set closing 'China>Rider' .. don't miss this one.

0:27.9	And really an insane little red rooster, cummerland blues follows, and listen to Brett
0:32.2	on this and throughout this first set, he's really up in the mix and doing a great job.
0:38.4	Beaded on down the line follows, a little bit standard, rambled on rows in a nice mama
0:42.4	tries, into mech's Kelly blues, you'll notice some loony tunes there at the beginning of
0:46.7	mama tries.
0:47.7	The Olympia follows, then a really out there passenger and a great China rider to close
0:54.2	his set, China rider is exemplary and is of course the highlight of this first set.
