Hello, I'm welcome to the Dead Pod for the week of February 2nd, 2018.

This is a professor, so glad you could pick us up this week.

We're going to roll into February with the second set from the band's performance at the

Coliseum in West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia on April 10th,

1983.

It's a good second set, I think, starts out with Toucha Gray, relatively new at the time.

Man-Smart woman's smarter fellows. Then we get into really the heart of it. Uncle John's

band, nice long version into playing in the band, which features some nice jamming as well into drums and

space back into the wheel. They go back into a plane in the band

Reprise. China Doll follows, always a favorite in the second set. And that goes

into a sugar magnolial closer. They come back with US Blues.

Hope you enjoy it.

I think the recording sounds pretty good and the band is energetic and

hitting on most of these songs.
