How are you?

A bit tired, actually.

It was a few very busy days with buying a house

and all the stuff that comes with it

and all the insecurities and am I doing the right thing and it's so much money but well you know

part of life and growing up you know getting adult now going to get old but congratulations

on your new home. I personally liked my strategy in buying a new home,

which was I left for the Tour de France and let my wife take care of it. It was great. She had to sign all the paperwork,

do all the mortgages, this was fantastic.

I tried to do that but failed.

The rest of the crew, Dane, how are you this morning?

You know, doing all right.

Now that you brought this up, I'm thinking about a recent

situation where I had a moving day that I missed because I was at a bike race. And felt bad about it but I really hate really hate

moving and so it was a little easier to not feel bad about it not having to haul

couches and things upstairs. So, yeah.

I think if I miss the next one, I'm just going to be forced to pay for other people

to come move our things.

I think that's exactly, I think that would not work.

We're already in that boat, yeah, definitely.
