It's a community where people walk their dogs at night and sit on their front porches and talk to each other.

The area tracks transplants from all over the world, and Jim and Carla Larson are no different.

This little hamlet seemed the perfect spot when two life events happen at once.

She's been transferred to Florida, and she's pregnant.

Carla was a professional engineer, and her company gave her the opportunity to move back to Orlando to work on a major theme park project.
