Summary

On Day 6 of the Joy Blueprint, we move from learning to mastery. This episode is designed to help you synthesize the various techniques we've explored into one seamless daily ritual.

We focus on the Second Chakra as the engine of this integration using the Kundalini Mudra to bridge our creative power with our intuitive wisdom. By repeating the affirmation I am the architect of my own inner peace you reinforce the idea that your happiness is a choice you make and a structure you build every single day. This is the practice run for taking your happiness plan out into the real world

This week, I'm sharing a replay of a popular series I recorded a few years ago. As a special Bonus, I'm offering the deeper, longer guided meditations and insight.

Take a deep breath. Let's begin building your sunniest life from the inside out!

This is day 6 of a 7-day meditation series, "The Joy Blueprint: Building Your Happiness Plan."

episodes 1665-1671.
