and also wanted to take you guys on a little journey through a word study. Hey guys, welcome to day six.

This day is about being battle ready and that is so powerful. You know, all through scripture,

when you look at the battles that they fought,

you look at David and Goliath, you have this little boy that comes to this big match with this

nine foot seven champion that's scaring the whole army. And David's like, who's going to shut this

guy up? Like, he's defying God. And so David saw something that was so powerful he saw

Goliath not taunting the army but Goliath was taunting God and he knew that Goliath had no

covenant so he was like who's gonna take out this uncircumcised Philistine no covenant with God

we're the ones that have covenant everybody's afraid David's like I'll take him out. He tries to wear Saul's armor because Saul suggests it, but he can't wear Saul's armor. He goes out there and finds a stone, sees the giant, hears him taunting. David's not afraid. He's fearless. He knows who God is. He's met God out in the wilderness, taking care of sheep. David slayed a lion and a bear

when no one was looking so that when a Philistine came in this thing, he could drop him when everybody

was looking. It's so powerful. You look at Ephesion 6. Talks about the battle gear that we have.

Talks about the helmet of salvation, the sword of the spirit, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, our feet shod with peace.

It's all talking about the gospel.

It's talking about what we have in Christ.

And then you look at 2 Peter chapter 1, verse 3, seeing that His divine power, whose gods,

has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness why how everything that

we have is through the knowledge of him the true knowledge of him who called us by his own glory

and his own excellence so god has called us he's called you he's justified. He's actually glorified you. That's what God says.

This is powerful. When you realize that you and God are greater than anything in this world, because zero plus God equals everything.

There's not a giant around that can defeat our living God. Absolutely not. We don't serve a God

of the dead. We serve a God of the living. He's the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He's the God that so
