Summary
On Day 5 of The Anchor of Now, we move from the stillness of the first two chakras into the radiant energy of the Third Chakra, the Manipura or Solar Plexus. This is the seat of your "will," your "I can," and your personal power. When we worry about the future, we often feel powerless, as if we are at the mercy of circumstances. Today, we stoke the inner fire to remind you that while you cannot control the future, you are the master of your response to it.
In today's episode:
Insight: Why "choosing" the present moment is the ultimate act of power.
Practice: A "Sun Breath" visualization to radiate confidence from your center.
Chakra Focus: Activating the yellow energy of the Solar Plexus for courage and boundaries.
This is day 5 of a 7-day meditation series, "Let Go of Self-Limiting Thoughts," episodes 2791-2797.
