Welcome to the Heart Dive podcast.

Well, the opposition is mounting against Jesus as we read today in John

But for now, we're going to go ahead and pray and get on into it. It's our Father who are in heaven. Hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. That is what we want because we love you. You are the great I am. You are God Almighty. We want to be able to honor you with every part of our

life. So we humble ourselves before you now. And as we open up your daily bread, we pray that you

will give us everything that we need, Lord, the spiritual nourishment. You are the only one who can

give that to us. You're the only one who can strengthen us to be able to stand firm in this life.

And so we plead for that today.

Please forgive us for our sins. Lord, we know that there are things that may be harbored in our hearts

that we don't want to be there, Lord, because we so desire to follow you and live for you and to live

freely. And so we just pray that you will please illuminate in the areas of our lives right now

where we may not be aware

that we are doing something wrong or maybe that we're doing too much of, not enough of,

or maybe even holding others captive. Help us to set them free by forgiving them, Lord. Please do not

lead us into temptation, but delivers from evil. Allow your angels to surround us today, protecting

us, guiding us so that we do not go
