Day 206 of Hard Dive 365. I'm your Bible study friend Kenoy. Welcome to the Heart Dive podcast.

0:05.0

Well, summer days are here. My kids are in the pool and I have to refill because my

0:16.7

SD card got corrupted once again. So here we are. That is life with technology, but we're grateful

0:22.8

to be here anyway. And I hope you guys are having a wonderful summer day. We are in the book of Isaiah.

0:28.9

And here we're going to see Hezekiah's response to that. Also going to step back a little bit

0:34.4

into some prophecy in Isaiah chapters 37 through 39 and then we'll take a look

0:39.1

at one psalm that was likely written after the defeat of King Senecura out of Assyria.

0:46.2

But before we get started, if you're part of the heart die family and you're in support of what

0:50.0

we're doing, your way of showing that is just by hitting that thumbs up button. That helps out

0:55.0

tremendously to be able to let YouTube know that we are still active here and doing something

1:00.1

that is worthy of your time. Also, subscribing to the channel is helpful. And if you are new here

1:05.1

to this Bible study, please let us know where you are in the world in the comment section.

1:09.2

Make sure to check out the description box or show notes or go to our website, heartdive.org, for any information about the ministry or to answer any questions that you might have. Our whole purpose here at HeartDive is to dive heart first into God's words. So we're going to go ahead and do that right now. So let's go ahead and pray. So our Father who aren't in heaven, hallowed be your name.

1:28.7

You are holy. And we recognize that today. You are set apart. And because you are a holy God,

1:34.7

Lord, you call us to live in such a way that we are holy as well. And so I pray, Lord, if there is

1:40.4

anything that is keeping us from being set apart for your purpose, for your greater

1:45.5

good, I just pray that you will show that to us now so that we can go and make things right,

1:50.6

so that we can make a plan, Lord, to be able to get things together and to set things in order.

1:56.7

And I pray, Lord, that you will please forgive us for any sins, where we have fallen, where we have crossed over the line or transgressed, or where we just simply haven't done the thing that you've called us to do. Thank you for the conviction in our hearts. It's a good thing, Lord. It doesn't feel good all the time, but we know it's good because that means that you are correcting us as a loving father always does. Help us also to forgive others,

2:19.0

Lord, who have hurt us. And please don't lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

2:23.8

For yours is the kingdom and power and glory forever. In Jesus' name, amen. So Holly took us through

2:29.0

Isaiah chapter 36. Same story that we read in Second King's chapter 18 18, where Senekeye of Assyria invaded Judah.
