Today, I want to give you permission to just be. You don't have to be anything other than what you are right now. When you acknowledge your feelings, you aren't being 'weak'—you are being honest. And honesty is the only ground upon which true healing can grow. As you move through your day, remember: you are seen, you are known, and you are deeply honored.

I want to start by wishing a very Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers, grandmothers, and those who provide that steady, nurturing light in our lives.
Today, I've reached into the archives to bring back a very special series I recorded a few years ago. As I was sitting here with my tea, I realized that there is no greater gift we can give—to our mothers or to ourselves—than the gift of Compassion. This series, The Compassionate Return, is a journey of self-honor. It is about softening the edges of how we view our own lives so we can show up more fully for those we love.
