0:13.6	We spent today in the Northern Kingdom of Israel.
0:15.8	We opened with a man named Ben Haydad, the King of Syria, invading the Northern Kingdom.
0:20.8	Syria is their immediate neighbor to the Northeast.
0:23.6	Ben Haydad gathers an alliance including 32 other kings or chiefs and sends his demands
0:28.4	to Ahab.
0:29.5	He wants all his wealth and the best of his women in offspring.
0:33.2	King Ahab, ever the gentleman, says, you can have him.
0:36.5	Okay.
0:38.0	In the face of a military threat of Ben Haydad's massive coalition, King Ahab agrees to give
0:42.5	them everything they demand.
0:44.5	But the Syrian coalition takes things a step too far when they say they're going to come
0:48.0	to a raid on Ahab's palace.
0:50.3	The elders of Israel put their foot down.
0:52.7	Feet down, whatever.
0:54.5	But then Ben Haydad is like, you got to be kidding me.
0:57.3	You seriously have no idea how big my army is, do you?
1:00.5	You're about to find out.
1:02.2	And then Ahab responds, oh really, we'll see about that.
1:05.4	You might put your armor on tomorrow, but you won't be taking it off.
1:09.6	This is ancient Israeli trash talk that basically amounts to a death threat.
1:14.2	This insight's been Haydad who has already three sheets to the wind.
