0:50.2	V 24 says, Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.

1:08.0	It's so easy to default to sarcasm or slander or skepticism,
1:12.0	but I want him to transform my heart in such a way that it flows out of my mouth.

1:31.1	This proverb points out that it's more challenging to control ourselves than to win a war against others.
1:37.0	What? More strength is demonstrated in acting peacefully than in acting out in anger.
1:44.0	And we literally can't do this on our own.
1:46.0	Self-control is part of the fruit of the spirit listed in Galatians 5,
1:50.0	which literally means it's the fruit or evidence of God the spirit at work in you.
