Translation, we are in 2nd Samuel chapters 22 and 23, and then we will hear another psalm. and jump into it. Let's go ahead and pray and take a bite out of the word today. Heavenly Father,

we love you. Thank you so much

for this time that we have together. Thank you for your presence. Thank you for being our good,

good father, our savior, our redeemer, our deliverer, our protector, our refuge and strength. You are

everything that we need, the great I am. Every question we have, every need that we have

can be found in you. And so I pray that whatever we are carrying with us today, Lord, that we are

able to just lay that burden down before you today, knowing that you can handle it and you will

handle it. It may not be in our timing, but we're going to trust you in it regardless, God.

So we just lift our hands today and say,

have your way, Holy Spirit. Thank you so much for being here with us. Thank you so much for every

person that is here to encourage, to help, to love, to pray for someone else today who is in need

of that. So I pray that you will bless them today, Lord. Let your people know that

you're with them. And I pray for unity in this group, Lord. I pray for unity in homes. I pray for

marriages and families, Lord, to just be blessed. Allow your spirit to dwell in their homes. So as we

open up your Bible today, your word, Lord, the things that you have spoken that you divinely breathed, I pray that they will come to life for us today, that we will be able to apply them in such a real way, because your word is everlasting. It wasn't just for the time that you were speaking it, Lord, it's for us today, and it is for the future. It will never return void and it will never grow old. And so I just

pray that even if we've read these verses a million times over, that there will be a divine

revelation today. So wash our hearts clean today, Lord, let us come here just pure and righteous
