Summary

Welcome back! You've already taken the first steps toward quietening the noise and looking inward. Now, we're moving into a new chapter of our journey together - The Architecture of Joy.

In this series, you are building a home for happiness. You'll be exploring the science and soul of inner joy, learning how to cultivate it during calm moments. More importantly, you'll discover how to sustain it during life's storms. Over the next seven sessions, you will be co-creating your personal Happiness Plan, a toolkit of mindfulness practices, mindset shifts, and daily rituals designed to make joy your default setting.

This week, I'm sharing a replay of a popular series I recorded a few years ago. As a special Bonus, I'm offering the deeper, longer guided meditations and insight.

Take a deep breath. Let's begin building your sunniest life from the inside out!

This is day 1 of a 7-day meditation series, "The Joy Blueprint: Building Your Happiness Plan,"

episodes 1665-1671.

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE -  CREATE A HAPPINESS PLAN
