0:04.7	podcast. Well, today we begin a new book, the book of numbers, just one month where we left
0:17.7	off at the end of Exodus, one year after the Israelites left Egypt,
0:22.7	and now they have all the instructions under their belt on how to live, and they will be able
0:27.4	to set out from the base of Mount Sinai toward the promised land. Now, this book will account
0:32.8	for the next 38 years of them wandering in the wilderness. And while a lot of people look at this reading as
0:38.8	dry, I think you're actually going to be quite surprised at how much life application there is,
0:43.6	even in these first two chapters. So hang with us as we go throughout this book, show up every single
0:49.7	day, don't skip over it, and trust that God will show up. We will be reading from the ESV by Crossway translation today.
