Yes.

And that means when you call in, you are going to be nice to David Lammie.

Today on what is his 47th birthday. I can't believe I'm quite as old as I am.

And how am I spending my birthday? Here I am on LBC discussing that man who is likely to become

our Prime Minister next week, Boris Johnson.

And I've always thought when I think of Boris Johnson about that story you learn as a child.

The emperor has no clothes. And when are we going to point out what is obvious? He is naked,

standing in the street, about to lead Britain naked into a no-deal Brexit. But there are members of Parliament like myself who voted on that amendment

to ensure that he cannot perug parliament. Now look, you heard the discussion when we were having

that referendum that Boris Johnson led about taking back control.

Why do you take back control to then run scared of our sovereign parliament and democracy?

How can it be that before he's even got started, his own MPs are choosing not to give him the option of paroching Parliament?

Philip Hammond, our current Chancellor, David Gork, Justice, Greg Clark, business, Rory Stewart, our opium smoking international development

secretary, all of them abstained or voted against peruging Parliament along with myself.

And so they should. This emperor has no close. I want to take your calls on how you're

feeling about Boris Johnson this morning, what's coming next week, and whether you feel that clearly

he's off to a bad start if members of parliament have managed already to stop him shutting down

our parliament or is he going to be our saving grace are there a few of you out there who've forgotten
