0:57.8	Yeah. So you're in home care. A lot of your listeners are familiar with some of the labor challenges within home care.
1:07.8	There's a lot of challenges with turnover, with keeping good caregivers engaged and
1:13.0	working enough and making sure that they're, you know, making enough money and feel adequately
1:18.2	recognized. And so we've created Zengage to be a engagement platform for caregivers to make sure
