Summary

If you’ve ever wanted to be an STR investor but didn’t like the risk, stress, or dominating of your schedule, today’s show is for you. David interviews Taylor Coye, a small town investor with three STR units in Stillwater OK. Home of the OSU Cowboys, Taylor manages his three units, watches them cash flow, and plans to give one unit to each of his kids when they grow up. With a plan to keep his properties in the family, and a strategy to add units when it works for his life (not trying to time the market), Taylor is a picture of calm, stoic, peace filled investing success. For those who have wondered if it’s too late to get into the market-you may feel different after listening to today’s show.
