Yes, welcome to YouTube News, everyone. My name is Benedict Townsend. I'll be your host.

I literally just introduced myself, but I'm doing it again. Perhaps you heard an advert for this show on Capital Radio in the UK, Capital FM, in which case

isn't that exciting, and I'm sorry that I burst into your life like that quite unexpectedly.

Now, I want to give a special shout out and thanks to long-time listeners who had to suffer

along with me during the great YouTube news drought of 2020. I mean, during lockdown, nothing was happening, truly nothing was

happening. But now that lockdown has eased, we're all happy to see that the YouTubers have once

again completely lost their minds and got off the rails and provided lots of lovely, silly,

delicious, nonsense news for me to sink my teeth into. And to that end, why don't we get straight on to our first

story, which is about Mr David Dobrick. It's actually a follow-up to a story from last week.

So last week, as you may remember, I think it was last week, I covered a story about David

Dobrick and Liza Koshi because Liza Koshi issued an apology for racist behavior. Now, in a nutshell, basically a while back, David and Liza, I think it was back way when they were still a couple, so good few years ago.

And they made a video where they were trying Japanese, I believe it was Japanese candy and treats and sort of reviewing it.

It's one of those really cliched YouTube videos that everybody's done.

And in the video, with an almost sad inevitability,

both of them ended up doing racist, sort of weird Asian accents and voices

in a really offensive way.

You know, they even pointed out in the video that it was offensive,
