The first show the question here is not who really is being the aul. I think maybe everybody

with Davi here on this lawsuit is being the aul. I don't know. It's a debate. Everybody's

ignoring everybody. We're going to have an aul debate today because I'm on somebody

side, but I want to give this to you guys and you can have your own judgments. So Kevin

Berlin, he is a former employee for gravity diagnostics. He said, don't throw me a birthday

party. Is this a dude in Kentucky? You're telling me? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. He said, don't

throw me a birthday party. He told his office manager and his employer, like I don't like

having all attention on me. It freaks me out. Do not throw me a birthday party. So he

has like some anxiety and stuff like a anxiety. And he was open about that and honest about

that ahead of time. He was straight up have a panic attack anxiety. Yes. So they said,

cool. We got you Kevin and they forgot and then they had a birthday party for Kevin.

Did they forget or did they just like ignore his request? They're claiming they forgot.

They probably were under playing it like all Kevin. Say he doesn't want it, but he really

does. Yeah. He gets a little nervous, but after we surprise him, he'll love it. But

I guess this is, yeah, a little deeper. Yeah. So when he heard about the surprise luncheon

that was coming like an T minus 30 minutes on the day of his birthday at the office, he

had a panic attack. He went outside. He hid in his car until it was all over like

for an hour or so. Then they fired him and now he's suing them and he won $450,000

in this lawsuit. He won the case. He won. I mean, his employer, gravity diagnostics,

the employers there are like, we're going to appeal this because they flipped it around.

They said by him having a panic attack and getting himself out of the office, he's been

accused of stealing the other co-workers joy. He's been accused of workplace violence.
