All right, we're going to talk about a normal bodily function that happens for a large

part of the population.

Ladies, listen up.

As you know, in Europe, they have menstrual leave, menstrual leave, in Spain, specifically,

like it's happening all over Europe, but in Spain, they just made it legal for menstrual

leave.

It's not going to take away from your sick days, your vacation days, any of that.

It is amazing.

There's so much hope for the world.

So women who suffer from severe period pain will be allowed to take leave from work for

up to three days each month.

Under a reform, a plan that's due to be approved by Spain's government next week.

So the draft's been going on for a while and it's going to be approved next week.

And women will be guaranteed time off for three days a month.

And they're already doing this in, they're doing it in actually Japan, South Korea, Indonesia,

Zimbabwe, and they're going to grant menstrual leave in Spain.

And I just think that's awesome because for women that experience endometriosis or polycystic

ovarian syndrome or just dysmenorrhea, which is just heavy, heavy, heavy bleeding.

That would be me.

Huge pain every month.
