0:30.6	quite a bit. I'm traveling for a new TV show that

0:36.0	I'm headed to the lovely state of Florida. So I can't say more than that,
0:43.0	but it should be fun. But I just got back from France. And this has been a trip that my wife
0:51.8	has long wanted to do.
0:57.1	And I planned it over a year ago.
1:00.3	I had never been to Paris with her,
1:02.9	and I think there's something romantic about being in Paris.
1:04.9	No need to say more about that.
1:07.6	But that's what I'm going to talk about today,
1:10.5	a little bit about my Paris trip, and we're going to talk about
1:12.9	some food. And this is not, this used to be the norm for the podcast, where, especially during the
1:19.7	pandemic, I would just be talking into the void. Maybe Ying might be on as well, maybe Noel,
1:24.7	Cornelio. We might be interviewing other chefs, but this is now going to be
1:30.8	something we do when I'm on the road because this podcast is going to be way more cooking, if you
1:38.7	haven't realized before. So as I am traveling, we're going to try to see how I can incorporate that moving forward.
