good podcast that we haven't had in awhile. My popular request, we're having a moif with Chris

in the well. But I just want to start off by saying thank you for all the birthday wishes. I turned

45 last week. Man, it really is a blink that I turned 45. And I think a lot of people feel this

way because of three years or so of the pandemic. People just sort of lost track of time and with

kids, I was I think 41 when Grace become pregnant with Hugo. And now I'm turning 45. So I never,

it's just a weird thing. A lot of different emotions. Speaking of which, I went to see Mike

Berbiglia's One Man show at the Mark Tapra theater. By the way, I had never been to that area

of Los Angeles downtown. It is fucking amazing. It's so nice. It reminds me of Lincoln Center

in New York City. And he has a show called Old Man, The Old Man in the pool. Go check it out.

And go check out all of his stuff he's done in the past. It shows our Netflix, et cetera. And he's

got a great podcast. But it was very funny. And it resonated with me as I get older. So I'll leave
