So a lot of real estate investors, you know, I don't want to say they don't like you, but they disagree with you in terms of debt.

And so I was one of those guys and I lost millions.

Hey, man. How are you, my friend? I'm good. I'm good. I first got to give a big shout out to

Yep, he's a good dude. So I want to jump right into it. We're getting ready to go into 2025.

And, you know, we got a new president coming in. We got, you know, the

economies looking like it's turning around. What do you see happening in 2025 for the economy and

specifically, too, for the real estate market? Since a lot of people who watch are real estate

investors. Yeah. Well, I love real estate, too. As you know, I buy a lot of it. I don't think it's going to be a great

time to buy real estate because I think it's going to take off. It's going to be a booming

market. I'm afraid in a good way. But, you know, we've been in the doldrums in this kind of foggy

sitting still, everybody's sitting around watching, waiting on something to move, waiting

on something to happen for a while.
