You may know one of my guests, Dave Navarro, from his other world.

Maybe doing a little bit of television.

I mentioned to him when we were sitting down Jabberjaw.

Old days. Old days. That's right.

What we used to call it 20th century. Many of us know him, of course, from the band Jane's Addiction,

and from many other bands. And the band got back together again recently. It was five years ago now?

I think it was in 2009. So, yeah. Almost 10 years ago. It's flying by, right? We're here to talk about a documentary that he's part of with the film's director, Todd Newman. First of all, Todd, thanks for being here as well.

It's an amazing film. It's an incredible document.

I was just talking to you beforehand, Todd.

You said that it basically has been seven years in the making?

Yeah, from the inception up until completion was pretty much about seven years. A lot of figuring out which path to take

and just documenting stuff and seeing how to tell this incredible story.

It was quite a journey.
