0:29.3	a little bit of time in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, part of Arizona. Are you a snowbird?

0:46.0	My wife, Sherry, loves the heat.
0:52.5	So I've hung out in Arizona once 115 degrees wishing I was in Oregon when it was 85 and sunny.

0:57.0	Yeah, our residence is in Oregon.
1:02.0	And I mostly travel to Arizona, spent a couple weeks there.

1:05.4	I'm developing business there as well.
1:09.3	And I've got some realtor partners there and some other business partners.

1:28.2	My father was a professor at the university, and he kind of asked it as my ad hoc undergraduate advisor, and he says, you know what?
