Hi, Andy Richter here. The three questions with Andy Richter, that's what you're listening

0:16.8

to. And I am talking to an old friend of mine. He is a, you know, a bon vivant, a culture

0:25.8

culture, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, commentary and with golden pipes. Um, and, uh, currently,

0:35.7

I mean, currently you're doing like six or seven different things. It seems like, but a very

0:39.9

busy man, Dave Holmes. Hi. Hi. How are you? I'm good. I'm good. He even, you sound like

0:45.2

me in a general trying to tell the person I'm meeting with what I do. It's, well, I mean,

0:51.4

I'm, but it is. It's kind of, and that's kind of one of the things I want to talk to you

0:55.9

is that you do have kind of that unique career that's kind of writer, kind of actor, kind

1:37.0

meeting at, at Esquire magazine. So yeah, which means you, you can work for Esquire and

1:42.0

you don't have to live in New York. Is that what the, that's exactly right. Yeah. I don't

1:45.9

have to sit in meetings if I don't want to. Yeah. But I do want to because the, the people

1:52.5

I work with are great and, and smart and they, you know, keep me clued in. So like, I like

1:58.6

it. I, I've locked down has been fantastic because now everything takes place on Zoom

2:04.9

and where I used to be the one disembodied voice on a speaker phone, not knowing who was

2:11.6

speaking, not when it was my time to like pipe in. Now it's awkward for everybody. And,

2:17.5

and so it's like, it's, it's been kind of nice. I feel more integrated into the team. Yeah.
