the work you've always done, the credit you've never gotten, and how to finally feel like enough.

Dr. Allison M.

Alford. Allison is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Information Systems and

Business Analytics at Baylor University. Her Ph.D. is in communication studies. We're going to

talk about what exactly that means.

And she also has her own coaching and consulting firm, Good Talk Communication Consulting,

where she offers communication coaching to help professionals and students, you know, really learn how to improve their

communication skills. Her research focuses on all sorts of very interesting topics like adult

daughtering, work family balance, and invisible labor. So we're going to get into it today
