All of those things make the idea of date night seem kind of daunting.

But even beyond this crisis, if you're listening at a different time, lots of couples face challenges to enjoying a regular date night.

Money might be tight, you might not have child care, or you may just be too tired to figure out what to do.

So today we're going to talk about date nights for challenging times, whatever your challenge may be.

These are simply ways to plan some fun with your spouse at home or in your community that don't

cost a lot of money and don't take a lot of time and energy.

So ladies, first let's talk about why even bother.

What's the big deal about planning and scheduling dates with your spouse? I think date nights are really

important for continuing to build your friendship. And friendship is really important for sexual

interest. So if you're a spouse who struggles with wanting to engage in sex, date nights are great because they fill

so many different love languages and they help promote your interest in sex in the long run.
