What's up, lover girl? We meet again here. Connecting through this podcast, I am sitting in

one of my egg chairs surrounded by all the pillows. It is, it's pretty cold outside. And I have a lot lot of window space I'm in my office right now

so there's a huge window that is not very insulated so the coal easily comes through the cracks

and so I am recording this podcast as I am covered with a heated blanket. So I'm feeling very

comfortable. There's this mix of cool and warm that feels very, very comfortable for me right

now. And I just feel very, very relaxed as I record this episode.

And I am recording this after a very long, intense, beautiful, engaging, thought-provoking

workshop.

This past weekend, I hosted my conversations that inspire commitment

workshop. And it was absolutely incredible. We had over 61 women that registered for this particular workshop.

And we had about 52 at the most, like, show up live and pretty much stay all day.

And the first day of the workshop I presented, like the foundation, well, starting over, like if you're not familiar

with my conversations that inspire commitment workshop, it is a workshop where women learn to use

their words to attract better men, have better dating experiences, and be in a position to create a

loving, thriving relationship.

And so during this two-day workshop, it was all about me helping women being able to do

these things.

And on the first day of the workshop, I covered the foundation of conversation.

Like, what do you need to understand, to embody, to know in order to say

what needs to be said in the first place? What is getting in your way from expressing

yourself, from being able to ask for what you desire and be able to receive.

What is getting in your way to share your thoughts and opinions and really, really deeply
