comfy couch with a dear friend of mine about some chatty topic of interest.

This week, to crack the metaphorical champagne bottle on the metaphorical boat of this

non-metaphorical inaugural comfy couch episode, our guest is none other than Australia's

second most beloved television host, the host of The Voice.

And before that, what were you hosting before the voice, Darren?

I'm telling you that you're the second most beloved. And if you consider that a promotion, then you're welcome. Thank you. I consider it potentially a demotion, but Oshar has already been on the show and this show. And I called him Australia's Most Beloved television hosts. He's a lot older than me, isn't it? He, well, let's not malign the man. I just mean I've got plenty of years to get there. You still got years? But he hosts Australian Idol and also the Bachelor. Yes. And also the masked singer. The Subshoots of the Bachelor. The Bachelorette. Bachelor in Paradise. Right. Bachelor goes rogue. Yes. Behind the Bachelorette. So do you think he's sufficiently older than you that you're going to make up that distance? I don't think so. Oh, God, it's it. Yeah. Because he can't have more than 10 years on you. We all have different paths, don't we? We do. We do have different paths. But look, you're here, and there's the voice, and then there's also a comfy couch convo on uncomfortable conversations.
