Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the Friday edition of the Dark to Light Podcast.

With Beans, Frank is not here today.

Frank is doing his thing somewhere, sometime, somehow, without me.

So I'm going to be doing a solo show.

We never know how that's going to go.

We don't ever know how that's going to go.

I wanted to start with something a little different today just because yesterday in the Beans

household was a pretty monumental day.

Many of you have followed my posts on what we're doing in terms of how we're eating and

how we're feeding our bodies and how we're treating our health in our house.

And in the beginning of September, I shared a post on social media with my husband's

permission that said this past week, my husband hit a major milestone.

He started a keto in January and after a ton of research, converted to full carnivore

a short time later.

As of today, he has lost 105 pounds.

He quote has MS and I put that in quotes because scans have shown his lesions have quote

shrunk.

And he's been in remission for years because he's used nutraceuticals.

The carnivore lifestyle is life changing.
