The ground behind our high school always flooded when it rained. Not surprising, considering

it used to be a rice field. The area was deeply

countryside, with more rice fields behind the school and some houses here and there. I was in

the tennis club, and I practiced on those grounds happily every day. It was the rainy season,

and rain was pouring heavily this day.

The grounds were soaked, and so we had to cancel our usual practice to running indoors instead.

Ah, this sucks. Everyone was bored and getting fed up.

Everyone honestly loved playing tennis, but we couldn't get better if we didn't train, so in the end, we cancelled practice and called it a day.

Ah, the captain truly was the best.

Having said that, we were all young idiots, so we didn't go home straight away.

We went back to the club room and everyone

started playing mahjong. I wasn't very good at it, so I lost myself in some dirty manga

while thinking about the cute girls in the girls tennis team.
