How long ago did we go to Japan? Three years ago. Three years ago. Oh, so fun. But the first time I went there, it was

for a job and the people who took us there took us to a very fancy restaurant and I

did learn this about Japanese culture, which I love. It's very respectful to show your appreciation for

the other culture and in this case we were at a restaurant, it was for their food and they were bringing out and they were proud.

There's a lot of pride in what they do and the preparation of food and all that and the presentation.

So they brought out and the food was incredible. God, it was delicious. But their specialty and the thing that they were most proud of was a

shock glass with liquid in it that was not discernible to me at the time and there was a yoke, a yoke, a quail, a yoke. Say that again.

Yoke, yoke. Yoke. Yoke. I'm hung up on the L. There's an L in yoke. You don't have to pronounce it. There's a K and not a K. But I don't.
