Welcome to the Laker Film Room podcast. I'm Pete, joined by Darius and Mike. And last night,

Lakers fell to the Dallas Mavericks 127 to 125. They were pretty close to start the game,

the first few minutes of the game. AD picked up

his second foul with about six minutes left in the first and subbed out a good deal earlier

than he normally does. And they kept it close for most of that quarter. And then Dallas went on

a scoring run to end the quarter. So it was 3426, I believe, at the end of the first. And then they

had 37 points in the second quarter,

Dallas did as Tim Hardaway Jr. hit several threes, Dante Exum and Grant Williams. All three

of them made their shots throughout the game, although the Lakers contributed to that. We may

talk about that in a bit. And Lakers were down 10 at halftime, 71 to 61. Then Lakers have an excellent third quarter that

bleeds into the fourth quarter as well, defended very well, shot the ball well, shot at

Torrean Prince, who played a good game and was shooting the ball really well. Took a bit of a lead.

And then about six, seven minutes left in the game, it went back to Lakers not being able to get

a stop. And Lakers end up losing 127, 125. So game, it went back to Lakers not being able to get a stop. And Lakers
