Scale contracts a lot and I decided to expand that to

Rookie scale contracts or first NBA contracts which which made it a lot harder because then oh yeah for two reasons one

Obviously took out a pool of players that would have been a big thing

But also it raised the functional minimum salary because when you take out all the guys who are in their first couple years

Then you're getting closer to like the vet minimum and all that so it's it's not that much of a difference

But I started you know you start adding up the two millions a little bit more quickly than the three quarters of a millions

Absolutely, so we're gonna get started here a few little background things the way we're gonna do this is a modified

Snake draft Danny will get the first pick then I get two picks and then we just alternate back and forth with the thought that the first pick and

Second and third are pretty equal and then there's no reason to do a snake draft type format with only two people where we each get two

Veteran we are going off of the players cap number here as provided by basketball insiders and

The one of the more relevant numbers here is the veterans minimum contract which is

$1.6 million and then yeah, and remember that's only for guys that are on one year contract

So there's certain players that if they're on a multi-year veteran minimum

Then you then the player gets paid the the their cap number is the full value

So there's certain players who actually become less useful for this purpose if they send a multi-year minimum contract
